Maintenance Tech - D shift
Responsible for providing technical and troubleshooting support, maintenance, and repairs to automated production equipment to reduce equipment downtime, and meet production schedules. Perform preventative and predictive maintenance to ensure equipment availability.
Troubleshoots, repairs and interfaces with close tolerance Injection Molds. Works in a safe manner at all times and is trained in Arc Flash, Lock out Tag Out, Basic Electrical safety, ladder safety, and other plant programs. Able and willing to work overtime when required. Able to use all machine shop equipment and CMM and EDM equipment after training.
## Qualifications
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required. Associates degree in a technical program is preferred.
3 - 5 years of mechanical systems experience in a manufacturing environment, Industrial Maintenance, Production Maintenance
Physical / Safety Requirements
Must be able to lift. push/pull, and carry up to 50 pounds.
May be required to stand for over 4 hours per day.
Must be able to lift 20 pounds overhead.
Must be able to wear personal protective equipment as required.
Duties may require overtime work, including nights and weekends.
Use of hands and fingers to manipulate office equipment and hand tools is required.
